ACH Payments:

Most companies these days offer an automatic withdrawal payment system where their customers do not have to send a check every month or call in a credit card number.  Instead, customers can sign up for the auto-withdrawal system and not have to worry about paying their bill.  We offer the same amenity to where we can set our customers up on our ACH program and each month automatically withdrawal rent.  This is our preferred method of payment, which is also free of charge.

Security:

Many of our properties have surveillance cameras monitoring activity in the area to help ensure our tenants, as well as parents that our houses and apartments are safe.  In addition, we have our own security guard that checks our properties periodically.

All Inclusive:

Most of our properties have the option to be "all inclusive." This option frees our tenants of paying only rent, and not any additional bills each month including electric or gas, cable, internet, and water.  This option makes it much easier on our customers to pay all of their bills in one payment.

Cleaning Service:

The cleaning service is a program we started to keep our properties clean and fresh.  We will send a cleaner into the unit every two weeks to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas.  By participating in this program, there will always be a clean house to come home to.  This package only costs $15 per person for each month and may significantly increase the security deposit refund amount.     

Infinity Fitness:

Take advantage of unlimited access to all the equipment at Infinity Fitness, located at 1100 18th Street near the Charleston High School.  Infinity Fitness has been revamped and offers many Pilates, Zumba, and other Aerobic Classes, as well as a large weight room and sauna.   WWW.INFINITYFITNESS.BIZ
